Privacy notice.

This notice explains how jingyan handles information for its anniversary giveaway. Contact support@jingyan.com with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and shipping address, including country or region, city, and any applicable postal code and province. We also record application timestamps, submission status, the terms version you accepted, and fulfillment export status. We never collect wallet recovery phrases, private keys, wallet PINs or payment details.

Why we need it

Your information is used to manage your application, prevent duplicate or automated claims, arrange delivery, and respond to questions. Email ownership is not verified during submission and no automated verification or confirmation email is sent. We do not add giveaway applicants to marketing lists or sell their contact details.

Who receives it

Only people handling the giveaway and service providers needed for hosting, abuse prevention and delivery receive relevant information. Our deployment uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting. Submitting an application does not send its details to an email delivery service. Delivery details are provided to the carrier or fulfillment partner when needed to ship your gift; processing may take place in other countries.

Security and technical data

Name, email and address fields are encrypted before database storage. Access is limited to those managing fulfillment. Knowing an email address does not provide access to its stored delivery details. We use short-lived, keyed hashes for application rate limiting. Cloudflare’s security services may process IP and browser information to prevent abuse. This site does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics.

How long information is kept

Submitted delivery details are kept only as needed to fulfill the giveaway, handle delivery issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Exported shipping lists must be protected and removed when no longer needed. You may contact us to ask about retention or request removal.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your details by emailing support@jingyan.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. Removing delivery information before fulfillment prevents us from sending the gift. You do not need to accept marketing to participate.
