Yes. jingyan covers your Trezor Safe 3, worldwide shipping, and any import duties or customs charges. You do not need to make a purchase or provide payment details. If a courier asks you to pay, contact support@jingyan.com before paying so we can resolve it.

How are the 500 gifts allocated?
First come, first served. Enter your name, email and shipping address, then submit the form. A successful submission receives an application number immediately — no email verification is required. We accept up to 500 applications, one per email. Duplicate or fraudulent applications are not eligible; delivery details are checked before dispatch.
Where do you ship, and when will my gift arrive?
We offer worldwide delivery and cover shipping and import duties. Dispatch and delivery timing depend on the destination. We will keep confirmed recipients informed by email. If a carrier cannot serve your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative where possible; we will never ask for a delivery payment.
Will I need to connect a wallet or share my recovery phrase?
Never. All we need is your name, email and shipping address. We do not ask for a wallet connection, cryptocurrency transfer, recovery seed, private key or wallet PIN. Set up your device yourself using the official Trezor instructions after it arrives.
How will you use my information?
We use your details to manage your application, prevent duplicate claims and arrange delivery. Your email is a contact address and is not verified during submission.
